How to Add Order Instructions

It's simple! Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure your custom requests are noted:

Email First: If you have a specific request, such as a dog carrier/ tote bag etc in a particular color, please send me an email first to check if it’s possible. This helps me to ensure that I can meet your needs and provide the best service.

Confirm Availability: Once I have confirmed that your custom request is possible, proceed to place your order on my website.

 

 Add Instructions at Checkout. 

View Cart: Before you proceed to checkout, go to your cart by clicking on "View Cart".

Insert Order Instructions: In the "Order Instructions" field, add your specific request. This could be something like, "Please make the dog carrier in navy blue," or any other special instructions we’ve discussed.

Complete Your Purchase: Finish your order as usual. Your custom request will be noted, and I will make sure to accommodate it when processing your order.
