Specialists in arctic and military wear from Foxa has been manufacturing this material for years. What does that mean? It stops the wind, rain, and dirt while remaining breathable. This composition keeps your doggy super comfortable in any weather. 

Interior lining: 100% cotton 

Has a tether with a nickel-coated clasp made in Italy to attach to your dog’s collar. 

Comes with detachable belt for extra security and piece of mind. 

Suitable for x-small to small breeds, such as Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Pomchi, and other teacup-small dogs.
